Abstract
El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la concentración de los destinos turísticos con presupuesto ejecutado y en el financiamiento público por fuentes usada en una categoría presupuestal. La fuente de información fue de instituciones públicas en un periodo de tiempo. Se concluye que los destinos turísticos recibieron 1,553.89 millones de soles acumulado entre los años 2016 y 2019, y la tendencia es creciente. Es un sector con variaciones anuales, riesgo en el planeamiento financiero, - 9,64% en el 2019 y -42,72% en el 2020. Los tres niveles de gobierno tuvieron recursos (en millones de soles), 1,087.78 el gobierno nacional,
316.33 los gobiernos locales, y 149.77 los gobiernos regionales. El grado de concentración de la ejecución está ocurriendo por parte del gobierno nacional, 75,96% en el año 2016 y 72,73% en el año 2019. Los departamentos del país están ejecutando presupuesto en la mejora de sus destinos turísticos, Loreto solo ejecutó 3.86 millones de soles, participación muy pequeña, mientras que en Amazonas 132.74 millones de soles. La principal fuente de financiamiento ha sido Recursos Ordinarios, y Loreto no aprovechó este recurso.
The objective of the research was to determine the concentration of tourist destinations with executed budgets and in public financing by sources used in a budget category. The source of information was from public institutions over a period of time. The source of information was from public institutions over a period of time.
