Abstract
Objetivo: Determinar los factores del abandono al tratamiento
antituberculoso en pacientes atendidos en la IPRESS I-3 Cardozo, 2020.
Metodología: Tipo de estudio cuantitativo, diseño descriptivo, transversal,
y correlacional. Población de 24 pacientes de enero a agosto 2021. La
técnica utilizada fue la encuesta. El instrumento aplicado cuestionario.
Resultados: El promedio de edad 41 años, sexo masculino 66,7%,
convivientes 62,5%, nivel secundario 58,4%, ingreso mensual menor de
500 soles el 54%. Abandono el tratamiento 4,2%.
Conclusiones: Los factores sociodemograficos no están vinculados con el
abandono terapéutico de manera similar los factores económicos (p>0,05).
En los factores del establecimiento de salud la variable trato personal
presento relación significativa con el abandono al tratamiento (p= 0,046).
