La Actividad Empresarial y el Problema de Inseguridad Ciudadana en la Ciudad De Iquitos, Año 2022

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el problema de la inseguridad ciudadana en la actividad empresarial en la ciudad de Iquitos, el año 2022; la incidencia de la inseguridad, la inversión en seguridad y la percepción de inseguridad que experimentan, metodología descriptiva, transversal y no experimental, con muestra de estudio de 87 comerciantes de Iquitos metropolitano, y el uso de encuesta. Se concluye que, la incidencia de hurto en los diversos comercios fue del 44.8%, así como el 3.4% ha sido víctima de robo en alguna oportunidad; Por otro lado, se ha encontrado que el 96.1% tiene instalado sensor de ingreso de personas al negocio, mientras que el 84.2% tiene cámaras de video vigilancia, sin embargo, solo el 28.9% tiene personal de vigilancia en la puerta de sus negocios. Finalmente, se determinó que, el 63.2% de los comerciantes perciben mucha inseguridad en su negocio.

The objective of the investigation was to determine the problem of citizen insecurity in business activity in the city of Iquitos, in the year 2022; the incidence of insecurity, investment in security and the perception of insecurity that they experience, descriptive, cross-sectional and non-experimental methodology, with a study sample of 87 merchants from metropolitan Iquitos, and the use of a survey. It is concluded that the incidence of theft in the various businesses was 44.8%, as well as 3.4% have been the victim of robbery at some time; On the other hand, it has been found that 96.1% have a sensor for people entering the business installed, while 84.2% have video surveillance cameras, however, only 28.9% have surveillance personnel at the doors of their businesses. Finally, it was determined that 63.2% of merchants perceive a lot of insecurity in their business.
