Abstract
El presente estudio de investigación busca encontrar la relación entre la variable habilidades sociales con el desempeño laboral en empleados de la comuna de Requena en el periodo 2025.
Para la consecución de los objetivos se empleó el enfoque cuantitativo, por su naturaleza de la investigación es descriptivo correlacional, al no manipular las variables es no experimental y por tratarse de un estudio en un momento determinado es de corte transversal. Se han empleado técnicas como la encuesta cuyo instrumento fue el cuestionario que permitió realizar análisis estadístico en el software SPSS versión 25 sobre una muestra de 168 trabajadores. A nivel descriptivo, los resultados indicaron que 51,2% presentan medianamente habilidades sociales seguido de un 24,4% con nivel alto, sin embargo, hay trabajadores que lo tienen en nivel bajo (14,9%), muy bajo (8,3%) y solo un minúsculo porcentaje que presenta nivel muy alto (1,2%), asimismo, un 36,9% mantiene moderado desempeño laboral, un 37,5% lo demuestra en un nivel satisfactorio, 22% deficiente y solo un 3,6% a nivel excelente.
El estudio termina concluyendo al comprobar la existencia de relación entre las habilidades sociales con el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la comuna de durante el periodo año 2025, (Rho= 0,366; p=0,000<0,05), aquella relación es significativa, correlación positiva baja.
This research study seeks to determine the relationship between the variable social skills and job performance among employees in the municipality of Requena in the period 2025. To achieve the objectives, a quantitative approach was used. Due to the nature of the research, it is descriptive and correlational. Since variables are not manipulated, it is non-experimental. Because it is a study conducted at a specific time, it is cross-sectional. Techniques such as a survey were used, the instrument used was a questionnaire that allowed statistical analysis to be performed using SPSS version 25 on a sample of 168 workers. At a descriptive level, the results indicated that 51.2% had average social skills, followed by 24.4% with a high level. However, there were workers who had a low level (14.9%), very low level (8.3%), and only a tiny percentage who had a very high level (1.2%). Likewise, 36.9% had moderate job performance, 37.5% had a satisfactory level, 22% had poor performance, and only 3.6% had excellent performance. The study concludes by confirming the existence of a relationship between social skills and the job performance of the commune's workers during the period 2025 (Rho = 0.366; p = 0.000 < 0.05). This relationship is significant, with a low positive correlation.
