Abstract
El proyecto se encuentra en el rubro gastronómico, específicamente en la elaboración y comercialización de alimentos por encargo.
El análisis del mercado presenta tendencia creciente, más que todo por las empresas micro y pequeñas, quienes buscan empresas que garanticen atención rápida y segura. El público objetivo está determinado por las micros y pequeñas empresas de la provincia de Lamas de la región San Martin, que pertenecen a las categorías de producto y servicio.
En cuanto el plan económico y financiero, se ha encontrado el Valor Actual Neto económico (VANE) de S/. 199,933 y un Valor Actual Neto Financiero (VANF) de S/.196,603. La Tasa interna de retorno económica (TIRE) es de 76% y la Tasa Interna de Retorno Financiera (TIRF) es de 176%. El índice beneficio costo económico es de S/.2.31 y el Índice Beneficio Costo Financiero es de S/.7.05

The market analysis has indicated the preparation and marketing of food to order, presents a growing trend more than all for micro and small companies, who are looking for companies that guarantee quick and safe service. The study indicates that the target audience is determined by the micro and small businesses in the province of Lamas in the San Martin region, which belong to the product and service categories.
