Abstract
El estudio se desarrolló en la localidad de Mazan, en el distrito del
mismo nombre, provincia de Maynas, región Loreto. El objetivo fue:
Determinar el efecto depurador de microorganismos eficientes en aguas
servidas de pozos sépticos, en el distrito de Mazan, provincia de Maynas;
la investigación fue con enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo y de nivel básico.
Se identificaron microrganismos eficientes y con ellos se preparó “Bokashi”
a los que se les impregno EM para prolongar la vida útil de los mismos, se
utilizó 42 días para preparar el material a ser utilizado en los pozos sépticos.
Para evaluar la mejor concentración se definió 4 tratamiento con tres
repeticiones (Testigo, concentración 10mL, 15mL y 20 mL) y se evidencio
que la concentración de 20 % mL es la de mayor eficacia para el
tratamiento, reduciendo en 5 veces la concentración de Coliformes Totales
y se demuestra con los análisis realizados a las aguas. Además, los EM
son una gran ayuda para limpiar las agua domésticas, comerciales e
industriales y también son usados en la agricultura, fertilizada de suelos y
hasta para uso en construcciones de viviendas.
The study was carried out in the town of Mazan, in the district of the same name, Maynas province, Loreto region. The objective was: Determine the purifying effect of efficient microorganisms in wastewater from septic wells, in the district of Mazan, province of Maynas; The research was with a quantitative, descriptive and basic level approach. Efficient microorganisms were identified and “Bokashi” was prepared with them, which were impregnated with EM to prolong their useful life. 42 days were used to prepare the material to be used in the septic tanks.
