Factores relacionados a la adherencia del tratamiento en pacientes con tuberculosis en una ipress punchana 2025

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo “Determinar los Factores relacionados a la adherencia del tratamiento en pacientes con Tuberculosis en una IPRESS, Punchana 2025”, tipo de investigación cuantitativa, no experimental, diseño observacional, prospectiva, transversal y Correlacional, muestra 50 pacientes de ambos sexos, técnica utilizada la encuesta, instrumento un cuestionario, con una validez de 0,834 por la prueba estadística de Rho de Pearson, una confiabilidad de 0,833 por la prueba de Kuder-Richardson. Los resultados: en el aspecto sociodemográfico, de 50 pacientes la mayoría son masculino y adulto joven, tienen estudios secundarios, su ingreso económico varía entre 1200 soles, un alto porcentaje posee seguro SIS, la mayoría tiene adecuada adherencia al tratamiento y un mínimo adherencia inadecuada. En relación al control de la enfermedad un alto porcentaje presentaron enfermedad controlada y menor porcentaje no controlado. La percepción hacia el sistema sanitario, y la enfermedad tienen un alto porcentaje adecuada y un mínimo lo considera inadecuada respectivamente. Respecto a la adherencia al tratamiento más de 50 por ciento de los pacientes presentan adherencia y menos del 40 por ciento no. Referente a la asociación entre las variables, la prueba exacta de Fisher, nos muestra relación altamente significativa, con lo económico (p=0,042), la enfermedad (p<0,001) y percepción del paciente (p=0,009), con estos casos se acepta la hipótesis.

This study aimed to determine factors related to treatment adherence in patients with tuberculosis in an IPRESS (Punchana 2025) study. The study was quantitative, non-experimental, observational, prospective, cross-sectional, and correlational. The sample included 50 patients of both sexes. The technique used was a survey, a questionnaire instrument, with a validity of 0.834 using Pearson's Rho test and a reliability of 0.833 using the Kuder-Richardson test. Results: Regarding sociodemographics, of the 50 patients, the majority were male and young adults. They had secondary education, their income ranged between 1,200 soles, a high percentage had SIS insurance, the majority had adequate treatment adherence, and a minimum of inadequate adherence. Regarding disease control, a high percentage had controlled disease, while a lower percentage had uncontrolled disease. Their perceptions of the healthcare system and the disease were considered adequate and a minimum of inadequate, respectively. Regarding treatment adherence, more than 50 percent of patients were compliant, while less than 40 percent were not. Regarding the association between variables, Fisher's exact test showed a highly significant relationship with economic factors (p=0.042), disease (p<0.001), and patient perception (p=0.009). In these cases, the hypothesis is accepted.
