Abstract
La investigación tuvo como el objetivo determinar en qué medida gestionar
inversión en infraestructura se relaciona con el desarrollo sostenible en la
ciudad de Iquitos metropolitano en el periodo 2023-2024. Aplicó califica
como descriptiva. Además, el alcance correlacional buscó medir la fuerza
de la asociación que existe entre las dos variables durante el período de
estudio. La población fue conformada por personal profesional y
funcionarios responsables de tres instituciones siendo de 95 individuos. Los
resultados indicaron que, la dimensión planificación y evaluación, los
hallazgos sugirieron que, de los 95 participantes, el 63.1 por ciento casi
siempre o siempre se involucra en la planificación y evaluación, el
coeficiente de correlación del 32.8% ilustra una correlación positiva, aunque
débil, entre la planificación, evaluación y desarrollo sostenible, respecto a
la dimensión financiamiento y presupuesto, los resultados sugirieron que el
56.9% de los encuestados afirmaron realizar actividades de financiamiento
y presupuestación casi siempre o siempre, lo que indica que la gestión
financiera puede estar mejorando, la correlación positiva del 55.7% indica
un impacto moderado del financiamiento y la presupuestación en el
desarrollo sostenible, subrayando la necesidad de una gestión financiera
competente, respecto a la dimensión ejecución y supervisión de obras, los
resultados revelaron que el 46.3% de los encuestados considera los
aspectos sociales solo algunas veces, la correlación positiva del 31.2%
sugiere que una mejor supervisión y ejecución de obras contribuye, aunque
débilmente, a lograr un desarrollo sostenible.
The objective of the research was to determine to what extent managing investment in infrastructure is related to sustainable development in the metropolitan city of Iquitos in the period 2023-2024. It was classified as descriptive. In addition, the correlational scope sought to measure the strength of the association that exists between the two variables during the study period. The population was made up of professional staff and officials responsible for three institutions, totaling 95 individuals. The results indicated that, for the planning and evaluation dimension, the findings suggested that out of the 95 respondents, 63.1 percent almost always or always engage in planning and evaluation, the correlation coefficient of 32.8 percent illustrates a positive, albeit weak, correlation between planning, evaluation and sustainable development, for the financing and budgeting dimension, the results suggested that 56.9 percent of the respondents claimed to almost always or always engage in financing and budgeting activities, indicating that financial management may be improving, the positive correlation of 55.7 percent indicates a moderate impact of financing and budgeting on sustainable development, underscoring the need for competent financial management, for the execution and supervision of works dimension, the results revealed that 46.3 percent of the respondents consider social aspects only sometimes, the positive correlation of 31.2 percent suggests that better supervision and execution of works contributes, albeit weakly, to achieving sustainable development.
