Abstract

El sector agroindustrial, es el rubro con mayor potencialidad e inversión en la Región Loreto, por las peculiaridades y características de nuestra flora tenemos una ventaja comparativa respecto a otras regiones. Sin embargo, existen menesteres y sincronización entre el sector público y privado, para dar el salto como Región Productiva. Estas falencias han generado que los emprendedores de este sector estén enmarcados en la senda de la informalidad. Desde del 2021 el Gobierno Regional de Loreto dio impulso a través de los Proyectos de Inversión Pública, una apuesta al sector agroindustrial desarrollando a través de los componentes, oportunidades de crecimiento creando un sector atractivo para los emprendedores. Este plan está orientado a resaltar el potencial del ají charapita, para la elaboración de productos agroindustriales, para la alta cocina peruana, restaurantes, supermercado. Que en los últimos años hemos experimentado un crecimiento tanto en el mercado nacional e internacional. En el análisis de mercado; tenemos un mercado de consumo total anual de las familias en kilos es 252630 en la ciudad de Lima. Donde nuestro mercado objetivo será supermercados, restaurant, y personas amantes de los ajíes. El negocio estará orientado a obtener ventaja competitiva mediante la estrategia de Diferenciación y respuesta rápida. La primera será en base al Producto y la segunda optimizando la cadena de suministro: Proveedores estratégicos. Así mismo de acuerdo al análisis financiero tenemos un TIR Económico de 64% y un TIR Financiero de 87%. En la información financiera para los accionistas, el crecimiento de las utilidades es sostenible a partir del año 2, siendo un negocio rentable, de acuerdo a nuestras proyecciones financieras.The agro-industrial sector in the Loreto Region holds significant potential due to the unique characteristics of its flora, which provides a comparative advantage over other regions. According to the market analysis, the total annual consumption of chili in Lima is 252,630 kilograms. The target market will include supermarkets, restaurants, and chili enthusiasts. The business will adopt a differentiation strategy, focusing on the product, and a quick response approach, optimizing the supply chain with strategic suppliers. From a financial standpoint, the projected Economic IRR (Internal Rate of Return) is 64%, while the Financial IRR is 87%. Financial projections show that profits will grow sustainably from the second year onward, making the business a profitable investment for shareholders. This plan is designed to boost the competitiveness of the agro-industrial sector in the region, leveraging its comparative advantages and the market's growth, positioning Loreto as a highly productive region with great potential.
