Abstract
The objective of the research was to establish how warehouse management improves the quality of service in the CORAH special project in the city of Pucallpa, period 2024. It used a non-experimental transactional descriptive design, with a bibliographic and documentary modality, applied research level with a qualitative approach. The population was made up of 100 individuals, the sample was carried out by convenience. The results established that, regarding inventory turnover, they indicated that they always or almost always” giving, 76%; quite high, which could be a trend of the population under study, regarding the inventory dimension, 57%; stated almost always, this figure is the largest in terms of sample segments, which suggested that the phenomenon studied is persistent in more than half of the sample. In addition, a moderate 29%; of the participants indicated that the situation occurs sometimes, which shows a certain level of frequency, regarding the storage space dimension 54%; said that they almost always have the necessary space, which in proportions almost always in the sample is high. On the other hand, 31% indicated that they sometimes have the required space, while 13% stated that they almost never have the required space. Finally, only 2% stated that they always have the necessary space, which means that the total availability of storage space is very rare. Regarding the correlation of the variables, the correlation coefficient is 0.907, which indicates a strong direct relationship between the two variables: as inventory management improves, so does the quality of service.
