Desarrollo de la conciencia ambiental en estudiantes de nivel secundario de la institución educativa "José Olaya Balandra", San Juan Bautista, provincia de maynas. año 2024

Abstract

La meta del estudio consistió en determinar los niveles predominantes de conciencia ambiental, a través de los factores cognitivos y de conducta en la escuela José Olaya Balandra, situada en el distrito de San Juan Bautista. En relación con el método de investigación, este fue descriptivo, ya que se analizaron todos los eventos tal y como sucedieron en la realidad. El diseño aplicado fue de naturaleza No experimental, puesto que no se realizaron alteraciones en las variables. El grupo consistió en 61 alumnos del 5to. año de la educación secundaria. Se empleó la encuesta como herramienta que facilitó la recopilación de información sobre estos elementos mencionados. Este trabajo contó con la aprobación y permiso de los docentes, con quienes también se realizaron reuniones anteriores, durante la implementación y el informe final. Los descubrimientos más significativos indican que la investigación evaluó dos aspectos, el cognitivo y el conductual, dirigido a 61 estudiantes de la Institución Educativa. En términos cognitivos, el 82% tiene un nivel de conocimiento bueno, el 15% posee un conocimiento regular, y solo el 3% posee un conocimiento deficiente. En términos de comportamiento, el 79% de los estudiantes concuerdan o demuestran buen comportamiento, el 18% muestran indiferencia, y finalmente, el 3% discrepa o muestra escasa o ninguna actitud en relación a la conciencia ambiental. Esto demuestra al final que los alumnos tienen un buen nivel de conocimiento y actitudes.

The study's goal was to determine the prevailing levels of environmental awareness, using cognitive and attitudinal factors, at the José Olaya Balandra School, located in the San Juan Bautista district. Regarding the research method, it was descriptive, analyzing all events as they actually occurred. The design was non-experimental, as no variables were altered. The group consisted of 61 students in their final year of secondary school. A survey was used as a tool to facilitate the collection of information on these elements. This work had the approval and permission of the teachers, with whom meetings were also held prior to implementation and the final report. The most significant findings indicate that the research evaluated two aspects: cognitive and behavioral, targeting 61 students at the educational institution. In cognitive terms, 82% had an adequate level of knowledge, 15% had average knowledge, and only 3% had deficient knowledge. In terms of behavior, 79% of students agree or demonstrate good behavior, 18% show indifference, and finally, 3% disagree or show little or no attitude toward environmental awareness. This ultimately demonstrates that students have a high level of knowledge and attitudes.
