Abstract
El presente estudio estuvo orientado a resolver el siguiente problema: ¿Cuál es
la frecuencia de anticuerpos antinucleares en el hospital III Iquitos EsSalud de
enero a diciembre 2023?
El objetivo de la presente investigación es determinar la frecuencia de usuarios
con anticuerpos antinucleares que asisten al hospital III Iquitos EsSalud de enero
a diciembre 2023.
Materiales y métodos: Este es un estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo
observacional, descriptivo, transversal, retrospectivo. Se trabajó con los
resultados de los usuarios que acudieron en el periodo de estudio que fueron
1184.
Resultados: De los 1184 usuarios 957 fueron mujeres (80.8%) y los varones con
227 casos (19.2%), 114 fueron positivos, de los cuales 101 (88.6%) fueron de
mujeres y los varones con 13 (11.4%). El consultorio con más casos positivos
fue el de reumatología con 63 (55.3%), seguido de medicina interna con 24
(21.1%), gastroenterología con 22 (19.3%), neumología con 3 (2.6%),
dermatología y nefrología con 1 (0.9%) respectivamente. El grupo etareo que
prevaleció fue de 30 a 59 años con 62 casos, 56 (90.3%) para las mujeres y en
varones 6 (9.7%) casos.
Conclusiones: La frecuencia de usuarios con ANA positivo fue de 114 casos, el
grupo etareo con más frecuencia fue el 30 a 59 años, con 62 casos, y se presentó
más casos en el sexo femenino con 101 y el consultorio donde se presentaron
más casos fue reumatología con 63 (55.3%)
This study aimed to address the following question: What is the frequency of antinuclear antibodies at the Iquitos EsSalud Hospital III from January to December 2023? The objective of this research is to determine the frequency of users with antinuclear antibodies presenting to the Iquitos EsSalud Hospital III from January to December 2023. The results were based on the results of 1,184 patients who attended during the study period. Results: Of the 1184 users, 957 were women (80.8%) and men with 227 cases (19.2%), 114 were positive, of which 101 (88.6%) were women and 13 men (11.4%). The office with the most positive cases was rheumatology with 63 (55.3%), followed by internal medicine with 24 (21.1%), gastroenterology with 22 (19.3%), pulmonology with 3 (2.6%), dermatology and nephrology with 1 (0.9%) respectively. The prevailing age group was 30 to 59 years with 62 cases, 56 (90.3%) for women and 6 (9.7%) cases in men. Conclusions: The frequency of users with positive ANA was 114 cases, the most frequent age group was 30 to 59 years, with 62 cases, and more cases occurred in the female sex with 101 and the office where more cases occurred was rheumatology with 63 (55.3%).
