Abstract
El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo evaluar el nivel de conocimiento del Sistema de Información de Apoyo a la Gestión de la Institución Educativa (SIAGIE) en los docentes de la I.E. 60089 Campo Serio, ubicada en la zona del río Napo. Se utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada y diseño descriptivo, aplicando encuestas a la totalidad de docentes de dicha institución. Los resultados revelaron que, si bien la mayoría de los docentes maneja funciones básicas como el registro de matrícula y el ingreso de calificaciones, existen dificultades importantes en tareas más complejas como la generación de reportes y la gestión de traslados. Asimismo, más del 60% manifestó haber tenido problemas con el uso del sistema, y todos expresaron interés enrecibir capacitación adicional, preferentemente en formato presencial. Se concluye que existe una necesidad formativa clara para mejorar el uso del SIAGIE y garantizar una gestión educativa más eficiente

Results showed that while most teachers are familiar with basic tasks such as student enrollment and grade entry, significant difficulties persist in using more complex features like report generation and student transfers. Furthermore, over 60% reported having trouble using the system, and all participants expressed a desire for additional training, preferably through in-person workshops. It is concluded that there is a clear need for professional development to ensure more effective use of the SIAGIE platform in educational management.
