Evaluación del costo y tiempo de ejecución entre los pavimentos: rígidos y flexibles en el distrito de Sauce, provincia y departamento de San Martin

Abstract

Los pavimentos son los elementos estructurales vitales que intervienen en la construcción de carreteras; este estudio tiene como finalidad hacer un comparativo entre el tiempo y costo por metro cuadrado empleado en la ejecución de un proyecto de pavimentación, que se obtendrá al costear dichas propuestas entre las alternativas de estudio seleccionadas. Dentro de los mismos podemos encontrar los pavimentos flexibles, los cuales se encuentran conformados por las capas de sub rasante, sub base, base y carpeta asfáltica, tienen menores periodos de vida útil el proceso de diseño del mismo, el cual se auxilia de dos métodos muy reconocidos dentro de esta área, como lo son el método AASHTO y el método del Instituto del Asfalto. Se tienen los pavimentos rígidos, los cuales pueden estructurarse por la capa de sub rasante, base y losa de concreto, que tienen mayores periodos de vida útil para el proyecto de pavimento rígido se trabajaron las tres etapas mencionadas anteriormente para el pavimento flexible. Inicialmente se tiene la etapa de diseño, que incluye el método AASHTO y el método PCA (Pórtland Cement Association). Como caso de aplicación se tomará en vías urbanas en el distrito de DE SAUCE, PROVINCIA Y DEPARTAMENTO DE SAN MARTIN”, esto nos permitirá identificar cuál de las alternativas se ejecutará en el menor tiempo y la más económica, lo cual permitirá a las autoridades y proyectistas decidir por una de las alternativas estudiadas para la ejecución de los diferentes proyectos. En conclusión, el pavimento rígido sería la mejor opción para emplear técnicamente, aunque inicialmente sea más costoso a largo plazo el costo de mantenimiento es menor.

As a case of application, it will be taken on urban roads in the district of SAUCE, PROVINCE AND DEPARTMENT OF SAN MARTÍN”, this will allow us to identify which of the alternatives will be executed in the shortest time and the most economical, which will allow authorities and designers decide on one of the alternatives studied for the execution of the different projects. In conclusion, the rigid pavement would be the best option to use technically, although initially it is more expensive in the long term, the maintenance cost is lower.
