Factores asociados y anemia ferropénica en niños menores de 12 meses del centro de salud de San Lorenzo año 2024

Abstract
La anemia ferropénica presenta un reto de considerable relevancia desde el punto de vista de la salud pública en los niños lactantes de nuestra Región Loreto, con serias implicaciones para el estado de salud, el desarrollo de la persona y su bienestar. El presente estudio pretende determinar los factores que se asocian a la presencia de la anemia ferropénica en infantes menores de 12 meses atendidos en el Centro de Salud de San Lorenzo en el año 2024 con una aproximación cuantitativa, diseño no experimental, descriptivo, corte transversal, prospectivo y correlacional en 100 niños menores de 12 meses con los criterios de inclusión, para los mismos se aplicó un cuestionario que pasó una prueba de validez y confiabilidad. Partiendo de los resultados en los factores del niño: El 90,0% tiene de 6 a 12 meses, 60,0% son hombres, 75,0% tienen >2500 gr de peso al nacer, 74,0% son de parto a término, 56,0% de lactancia materna exclusiva, 45,0% hemoglobina de 9-10 gr/dl, 67,0% recibieron suplemento de hierro, 70,0% recibieron algún tipo de dieta, 79,0% tuvieron algún tipo de infección y los factores maternos: 46,0% de 14-22 años, 57,0% conviviente, 60,0% primaria, 64,0% rural, 50,0 % trabajadoras independientes, 66,0% multíparas, 71,0% con control prenatal > seis controles, 68,0% parto normal, 75,0% sin anemia en el embarazo. Se puede concluir que en el Centro de Salud de San Lorenzo en el año 2024, los factores del niño: dan género (p=0,023) y hemoglobina (0,001) tienen una relación estadísticamente significativa con los factores asociados a la anemia ferropénica en niños menores. de 12 meses de edad (p<0,05).

Based on the results in child factors: 90.0% are 6-12 months old, 60.0% are men, 75.0% have >2500 gr birth weight, 74.0% are full-term, 56.0% exclusively breastfed, 45.0% hemoglobin 9-10 gr/dl, 67.0% received iron supplements, 70.0% received some type of diet, 79.0% had some type of infection and maternal factors: 46.0% 14-22 years old, 57.0% cohabiting, 60.0% primary, 64.0% rural, 50.0% self-employed, 66.0% multiparous, 71.0% with prenatal care > six controls, 68.0% normal delivery, 75.0% without anemia in pregnancy. It can be concluded that in the San Lorenzo Health Center in the year 2024, the child factors: gender (p=0.023) and hemoglobin (0.001) have a statistically significant relationship with the factors associated with iron deficiency anemia in children under 12 months of age (p<0.05).
