Abstract
La presente investigación partió del problema ¿Es garantía de todo justiciable la pluralidad de instancia? el objetivo fue: Explicar si la pluralidad de instancia es garantía de todo justiciable, la técnica que se empleó fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue el cuestionario. La población estuvo conformada por abogados del Colegio de Abogados de Loreto, la muestra fue de 50 abogados, el diseño que se empleó fue no experimental de tipo correlacional, el método de investigación fue Científico -Descriptivo, los resultados indicaron que: “La pluralidad de instancia es un derecho que goza de reconocimiento constitucional así se encuentra establecido en el numeral 6 del artículo 139 de la Constitución Política del Estado”.
This research was based on the question: Is plurality of instances a guarantee for every person seeking justice? The objective was to explain whether plurality of instances is a guarantee for every person seeking justice. The technique used was a survey, and the instrument was a questionnaire. The population consisted of lawyers from the Loreto Bar Association, the sample consisted of 50 lawyers, the design used was non-experimental and correlational, and the research method was scientific-descriptive. The results indicated that: "Plurality of instances is a constitutionally recognized right, as established in Section 6 of Article 139 of the State Political Constitution.
