Mercadotecnia en procesos electorales generales y comportamiento del ciudadano en el departamento de Loreto, años 2016 y 2021

Abstract
El objetivo fue estudiar el comportamiento del tamaño del mercado que ha logrado la mercadotecnia en procesos electorales generales y el comportamiento del ciudadano en sus decisiones de voto en el departamento de Loreto, años 2016 y 2021. El presente trabajo de investigación que se ejecutó forma parte del tipo de investigación descriptivo, de carácter cuantitativo, el diseño consiste en identificar la fuente de base de datos. La muestra de estudio de la presente investigación se constituyó tomando una parte de la población basada en la información de dos procesos electorales presidenciales: 2016 y 2021. Los resultados señalan, un análisis pormenorizado de la población electoral que ha emitido su voto en el departamento de Loreto, distribuido en territorios provinciales, y comparando lo ocurrido en la primera vuelta de los años 2016 y 2021, se tiene comportamientos diferenciados, de las ocho provincias, 6 de ellas han tenido reducción en el año 2021 respecto al año 2016, y solo dos provincias presentan un casi nulo crecimiento
The objective was to study the market size achieved by marketing in general elections and the voting behavior of citizens in the Loreto department during the years 2016 and 2021. This research was conducted as a descriptive, quantitative study. The design involved identifying the source of the database. The study sample was comprised of a portion of the population based on information from two presidential elections: 2016 and 2021. The results indicate a detailed analysis of the electorate that cast their votes in the Loreto department, distributed across its provinces. Comparing the first round of voting in 2016 and 2021 reveals distinct patterns. Of the eight provinces, six experienced a decrease in voter turnout in 2021 compared to 2016, while only two provinces showed virtually no growth.
