Abstract
La investigación describe el mercado actual de producción y consumo cítricos, particularmente limones, en la región Loreto específicamente en la ciudad de Iquitos, este mercado presenta una población con tendencia creciente, lo que impacta en un mayor nivel de consumo de bienes y servicios.
Se muestra la factibilidad comercial, técnica, organizacional, económica y financiera de la comercialización de cítricos teniendo como mercado final los mayoristas de los mercados de abastos.
El negocio trabajará el proceso de comercialización, desde los mercados de producción, hasta los minoristas en los mercados de abastos de la ciudad de Iquitos.
Se ha encontrado una demanda de cítricos para ser atendidos por la empresa. Hay necesidades en los clientes quienes constituyen segmentos a atender. También se determinó la rentabilidad del negocio con la TIR Económica de 208% y TIR Financiero de 249%; así mismo un índice de B/C 7.02%.
The research describes the current market of citrus production and consumption, particularly lemons, in the Loreto region specifically in the city of Iquitos, this market has an important growth, supported by a growing population, which impacts on a higher level of consumption. The commercial, technical, organizational, economic and financial feasibility of citrus marketing is shown, having as final market the wholesalers of the food markets. The business will work the marketing process, from the production markets, to its location in the food markets located in the city of Iquitos. A demand for the product has been found that justifies the offer to be created with the marketer. There are needs in the clients who constitute segments to attend. The profitability of the business was also determined, expressed net present value and internal rate of return.
