Elaboración de expediente técnico y su relación con la rentabilidad en la ejecución de la obra: mejoramiento y ampliación de agua potable Naranjal – Chirapa – Aucaloma

Abstract

La presente tesis titulada “Elaboración de expediente técnico y su relación con la rentabilidad en la ejecución de la obra: Mejoramiento y ampliación de agua potable Naranjal, Chirapa, Aucaloma”, tiene como objetivo general; Determinar la relación que existe entre la elaboración de expediente técnico y la rentabilidad en la ejecución de obra: Mejoramiento y ampliación de agua potable Naranjal, Chirapa, Aucaloma. A sí mismo, tiene los siguientes objetivos específicos: - Analizar la elaboración de expediente técnico de la obra: Mejoramiento y ampliación de agua potable Naranjal, Chirapa, Aucaloma y Conocer la rentabilidad en la ejecución de obra: Mejoramiento y ampliación de agua potable Naranjal – Chirapa – Aucaloma. La investigación es de tipo básica con un nivel descriptivo correlacional y de diseño no experimental. Hemos considerado la opinión de 50 profesionales con conocimiento en la elaboración expediente técnico. Los resultados obtenidos fueron: En cuanto al objetivo general se afirma que existe una relación significativa entre la elaboración de expediente técnico y la rentabilidad en la ejecución de obra: Mejoramiento y ampliación de agua potable Naranjal – Chirapa – Aucaloma. Además, se conoció que la rentabilidad es buena ya que el 38% de los encuestados así lo manifestaron. También el 42% indicó estar totalmente de acuerdo con la relación del expediente técnico y la rentabilidad.

The present thesis entitled "Preparation of technical file and its relationship with profitability in the execution of the work: Improvement and expansion of drinking water Naranjal, Chirapa, Aucaloma", has as a general objective; Determine the relationship between the preparation of the technical file and the profitability in the execution of the work: Improvement and expansion of drinking water Naranjal, Chirapa, Aucaloma. In itself, it has the following specific objectives: - Analyze the preparation of the technical file of the work: Improvement and expansion of Naranjal, Chirapa, Aucaloma drinking water and Knowing the profitability in the execution of the work: Improvement and expansion of Naranjal drinking water - Chirapa - Aucaloma. The research is of a basic type with a correlational descriptive level and a non-experimental design. We have considered the opinion of 50 professionals with knowledge in the preparation of the technical file. The results obtained were: Regarding the general objective, it is affirmed that there is a significant relationship between the preparation of the technical file and the profitability in the execution of the work: Improvement and expansion of drinking water Naranjal - Chirapa - Aucaloma. In addition, it was known that profitability is good since 38% of those surveyed stated this. Also 42% indicated they fully agree with the relationship of the technical file and profitability.
