Abstract
Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el Cuidado de Enfermería en la
Promoción de la Salud y los Determinantes Sociales en pobladores de un AA.
HH. de Iquitos, 2025.
Material y métodos: Estudio con enfoque cuantitativo, de carácter descriptivo,
transversal y correlacional. Su muestra fue 282 pobladores de 18 a 65 años,
Se empleó el muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia; la técnica utilizada
fue la encuesta y los instrumentos fueron: el cuestionario y la escala tipo Likert.
Para el análisis de datos se utilizó el programa SPSS versión 26.
Resultados: La población estudiada presentó una edad promedio de 47,1 ±
12,12 años, predominando el grupo de 30 a 49 años (47,2%), especialmente
en varones. El 44,3% tuvo grado de instrucción secundaria, 36,5% cuenta con
trabajo ocasional y 66,3% tuvieron ingresos menores a S/1,025 mensuales. El
cuidado de enfermería en la promoción de la salud que recibió la población fue
adecuado en un 98,2%.
Se encontró relación significativa entre el cuidado de enfermería y los
Determinantes Sociales biosocio económicos como la edad (p=0,000),
abastecimiento de agua (p=0,000), combustible para cocinar (p=0,030) y
frecuencia de recojo de basura (p=0,000) y Sistema de Salud como tipo de
seguro (SIS) que cuenta la población (p=0,023).
Conclusión: La presente investigación demostró que existe relación
significativa entre el Cuidado de Enfermería en la Promoción de la Salud y
algunos Determinantes Sociales en los pobladores del AA.HH. Soldado

Objective: to determine the relationship between Nursing Care in Health Promotion and Social Determinants in residents of a HH AA in Iquitos, 2025. Materials and methods: This study used a quantitative, descriptive, crosssectional, and correlational approach. The sample consisted of 282 residents aged 18 to 65 years. Non-probability convenience sampling was used; the technique used was a survey, and the instruments were a questionnaire and a Likert-type scale. SPSS version 26 was used for data analysis. Results: The study population had an average age of 47.1 ± 12.12 years, with a predominance of the 30 to 49 age group (47.2%), especially men. 44.3% had a secondary education, 36.5% had occasional work, and 66.3% had incomes of less than S/1,025 per month. The nursing care provided to the population in health promotion was adequate (98.2%). A significant relationship was found between nursing care and biosocioeconomic social determinants such as age (p=0.000), water supply (p=0.000), cooking fuel (p=0.030), and frequency of garbage collection (p=0.000), and the type of health insurance (SIS) available to the population (p=0.023).Conclusion: This research demonstrated a significant relationship between Nursing Care in Health Promotion and some Social Determinants among the residents of the Soldado Vargas Guerra AAHH – Iquitos, 2025.
