Abstract
La finalidad de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre la agresividad y la impulsividad en estudiantes del primer nivel Facultad de Enfermería en una Universidad Pública en Iquitos 2025. Estudio cuantitativo, descriptiva observacional, prospectiva y analítica, diseño no experimental transeccional, población constituida por 90 estudiantes, utilizó el muestreo estratificado siendo la muestra 83 estudiantes. Técnica usada fue la encuesta, instrumentos usó la escala de Agresión Impulsiva y Premeditada (IPAS) de Matthew S. Stanford y la escala de impulsividad (BIS-11) de Patton y colaboradores. La información se analizó mediante el software SPSS, v25, siendo los resultados: variable Agresión Impulsiva y Premeditada, el nivel de agresividad fue medio en 56,6%; bajo en 43,4%. Variable impulsividad, el nivel de impulsividad fue medio en 85,5%, bajo en 13,3%. Concluye: no existe relación entre la agresión impulsiva y premeditada con la impulsividad (X2= 0,1,361; gl= 2; p=0,506).
The purpose of the research was to determine the relationship between aggression and impulsivity in first-year nursing students at a public university in Iquitos in 2025. This was a quantitative, descriptive, observational, prospective, and analytical study with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 90 students, and stratified sampling was used, with a sample size of 83 students. The technique used was a survey, and the instruments used were Matthew S. Stanford's Impulsive and Premeditated Aggression Scale (IPAS) and Patton et al.'s Impulsivity Scale (BIS-11). The information was analyzed using SPSS software, v25, with the following results: Impulsive and Premeditated Aggression variable, the level of aggression was medium in 56.6%; low in 43.4%. Impulsivity variable, the level of impulsivity was medium in 85.5%, low in 13.3%. Conclusion: there is no exists of a relationship between impulsive and premeditated aggression and impulsivity (X2= 0.1,361; gl= 2; p=0.506).
