Propuesta de un plan de calidad total para fortalecer el liderazgo en la empresa karsil telecomunicaciones s.a.c., en la ciudad de Iquitos - 2016

Abstract

El objetivo general de la investigación es elaborar una propuesta de un plan de calidad total para fortalecer el liderazgo gerencial en la empresa KARSIL Telecomunicaciones S.A.C., en la ciudad de Iquitos - 2016. La metodología, el tipo de la investigación es experimental. El nivel, se desarrolló como estudio de caso. El diseño es de caso en el tipo II: única. El método, es el cualitativo. La población, fueron 11 personas. La muestra, fue el total de la población por tratarse de un caso. La técnica es la entrevista. El instrumento es el cuestionario de entrevista.

The general objective of the research is to develop a proposal for a total quality plan to strengthen managerial leadership in the company KARSIL telecommunications S.A.C., in the city of Iquitos - 2016. The methodology, the type of research is experimental. The level was developed as a case study. The design is case in type II: unique. The method is qualitative. The population was 11 people. The sample was the total population because it was a case. The technique is the interview. The instrument is the interview questionnaire. The results of the managerial leadership in the company "KARSIL telecommunications S.A.C.", in the city of Iquitos - 2016, were compared before and after applying the total quality plan. The result was that there is an increase of 26.7% of good was 48.3% of all the statistical tables, the total quality plan applied in the company under study was beneficial
