Abstract
En la presente investigación se estudia y analiza la factibilidad de
constituir una empresa dedicada a brindar servicio delivery de karaoke. Se ha
diseñado dos servicios, el servicio de karaoke básico y el servicio de karaoke
especial.
La investigación realizada nos señala que existen necesidades
insatisfechas actualmente y que no son atendidas por la actual oferta.
La empresa de servicios de karaoke delivery está estructurada en
función a las necesidades del cliente, para el cual ha considerado procesos
eficientes y simples, ha creado estrategias promocionales simples con el fin de
llegar al mercado objetivo.
La investigación arroja un mercado con mucho potencial para ser
aprovechada por la empresa de servicio de karaoke delivery, con sus dos
servicios creados y de acuerdo al segmento seleccionado.
In the present investigation, the feasibility of establishing a company dedicated to providing karaoke delivery service is studied and analyzed. It has designed two services, the simple karaoke service and the special karaoke service. The research carried out indicates that there are currently unsatisfied needs that are not met by the current offer. The karaoke delivery services company is structured according to the needs of the client, for which it has considered efficient and simple processes, has created simple promotional strategies in order to reach the target market. The investigation arrogates a market with a lot of potential to be used by the karaoke delivery service company, with its two services created and according to the selected segment.
