Abstract
Satisfacción laboral en la tienda Kozue hogar de la ciudad de Iquitos año 2025. Este informe final de tesis analiza el nivel de satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores de la empresa Kozue Hogar en la ciudad de Iquitos durante el año 2025, con el objetivo general de proponer estrategias que permitan mejorar dicha satisfacción. La investigación se enmarca dentro de un enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño no experimental y de tipo transversal, ya que los datos fueron recolectados en un solo momento sin manipular las variables del entorno. La población estuvo conformada por 20 trabajadores, incluyendo vendedores, cajeras, almaceneros, personal de vigilancia y practicantes. Los resultados obtenidos revelan un coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach de 0,792 para la variable satisfacción laboral, lo que indica una consistencia interna aceptable y una medición confiable de los ítems aplicados. En cuanto a los niveles de satisfacción, el 65% de los trabajadores presenta una percepción regular, el 30% alta, y solo el 5% baja. Estos hallazgos reflejan una tendencia hacia una percepción moderadamente favorable del entorno laboral, pero también evidencian áreas de mejora que podrían ser abordadas mediante incentivos adecuados y programas de desarrollo interno. El estudio destaca la importancia de implementar acciones concretas para elevar la satisfacción laboral, fortalecer el compromiso del personal y contribuir a un clima organizacional más positivo y productivo
Job Satisfaction at the Kozue Hogar Store in Iquitos, 2025. This final thesis report analyzes the level of job satisfaction among employees at the Kozue Hogar store in Iquitos, 2025, with the overall objective of proposing strategies to improve this satisfaction. The research is based on a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design, as data were collected at a single point in time without manipulating environmental variables. The sample consisted of 20 employees, including salespeople, cashiers, storekeepers, security personnel, and interns. The results revealed a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.792 for the job satisfaction variable, indicating acceptable internal consistency and reliable measurement of the items applied. Regarding satisfaction levels, 65% of workers report an average perception, 30% a high one, and only 5% a low one. These findings reflect a trend toward a moderately favorable perception of the work environment, but also highlight areas for improvement that could be addressed through appropriate incentives and internal development programs. The study highlights the importance of implementing concrete actions to increase job satisfaction, strengthen employee engagement, and contribute to a more positive and productive organizational climate.
