Implementación de protocolos de bioseguridad en los restaurantes de la ciudad de Iquitos, periodo 2022

Abstract
El objetivo de la presente tesis es describir el cumplimiento de la implementación de protocolosde bioseguridad. El enfoque es cuantitativo, nivel descriptivo y diseño no experimental, de corte transversal, sobre una muestra intencional de 51 restaurantes, ubicados en los distritos de Iquitos, San Juan , Punchana y Belén, de una población de estudio de 150. La técnica de recolección fue la observación; el instrumento de recolección de datos es la ficha de observación. Los resultados en cuanto a la vigilancia de los casos sospechosos de Covid-19, el 88% de los restaurantes ha cumplido, 5% no ha cumplido y 6% está en proceso. En cuanto a las medidas de higiene implementadas, el 99% de los restaurantes ha cumplido, y 1% está en proceso. En cuanto a las accionesde sensibilización de la prevención del contagio del centro de trabajo, el 92% de los restaurantes ha cumplido, 5% no ha cumplido y 3% está en proceso. En cuanto a medidas preventivas implementadas, el 72% de los restaurantes ha cumplido, 2% no ha cumplido y 19% está en proceso. En cuanto las acciones de vigilancia de la salud del trabajador, el 89% de los restaurantes ha cumplido, 2% no ha cumplido y 9% está en proceso. Se concluye que el 94% de los restaurantes de la ciudad de Iquitos, han cumplido con la implementación de protocolos de bioseguridad contra el Covid-19, el 4% no ha cumplido y solo el 2% está en proceso de implementación.
The objective of this thesis is to describe compliance with the implementation of biosafety protocols. The approach is quantitative, descriptive level and nonexperimental, cross-sectional design, on an intentional sample of 51 restaurants, located in the districts of Iquitos, San Juan, Punchana and Belén, from a study population of 150. The collection technique it was the observation; the data collection instrument is the observation sheet. The results regarding the surveillance of suspected cases of Covid-19, 88% of the restaurants have complied, 5% have not complied and 6% are in process. Regarding the hygiene measures implemented, 99% of the restaurants have complied, and 1% are in process. Regarding the actions to raise awareness of the prevention of contagion in the workplace, 92% of the restaurants have complied, 5% have not complied and 3% are in process. Regarding preventive measures implemented, 72% of the restaurants have complied, 2% have not complied and 19% are in process. As far as worker health surveillance actions are concerned, 89% of the restaurants have complied, 2% have not complied, and 9% are in process. It is concluded that 94% of the restaurants in the city of Iquitos have complied with the implementation of biosecurity protocols against Covid-19, 4% have not complied and only 2% are in the process of implementation.
