Clima organizacional en docentes de la i.e.p. n° 60342 “tres fronteras”, distrito Teniente Manuel Clavero. provincia Putumayo, durante el año 2024

Abstract

La investigación incluyó el objetivo que se muestra a continuación: “Determinar el clima organizacional en docentes de la I.E.P. N° 60342 Tres Fronteras, Distrito Teniente Manuel Clavero. Provincia Putumayo durante el año 2024”. En el estudio se consideró un tipo descriptivo, no experimental junto con un diseño específico descriptivo trasversal. Se trabajó con 30 profesores, siendo la muestra la totalidad de la población, que se seleccionaron mediante modo no aleatorio intencionado. En el estudio la encuesta/cuestionario fue la técnica. Dando como resultado: Existe un Clima Organizacional regular en docentes que trabajan en la I.E.P. que se está indagando.

The research included the objective shown below: “To determine the organizational climate in teachers of the I.E.P. N° 60342 Tres Fronteras, District Teniente Manuel Clavero. Putumayo Province during the year 2024”. In the study, a descriptive, non-experimental type was considered along with a specific descriptive transversal design. We worked with 30 teachers, the sample being the entire population, who were selected through an intentional non-random mode. In the study, the survey/questionnaire was the technique. Resulting in: There is a regular Organizational Climate in teachers who work at the I.E.P. that is being investigated.
