Abstract
El objetivo fue: Determinar el nivel de relación entre el desempeño directivo y su efectividad en la gestión educativa de los docentes de la IEPS 61004 Juan Pablo II de - Iquitos 2025.
La investigación fue de tipo correlacional porque se buscó la correlación entre las variables: desempeño directivo y su efectividad en la gestión educativa.
El diseño general de la investigación fue el no experimental y el diseño específico fue el transaccional correlacional.
La población estuvo conformada 70 docentes de la IEPS 61004 Juan Pablo II de - Iquitos 2025, para la muestra se utilizó la fórmula para poblaciones finitas, quedando determinado en 60 docentes.
En la recolección de los datos se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y el instrumento fue cuestionario.
El resultado fue que existe una relación significativa (r = 0,790) entre el desempeño directivo y la efectividad en la gestión educativa. Donde se acepta la hipótesis nula, por lo que existe relación significativa el desempeño directivo y la efectividad en la gestión educativa de los docentes de la IEPS 61004 Juan Pablo II de Iquitos – 2025.
The objective was to determine the level of relationship between managerial performance and their effectiveness in the educational management of teachers at IEPS 61004 Juan Pablo II de Iquitos - 2025. The research was correlational because it sought a correlation between the variables: managerial performance and their effectiveness in educational management. The formula for finite populations was used for the sample, resulting in a sample of 60 teachers. A survey technique was used to collect the data, and the instrument was a questionnaire. The null hypothesis was accepted, indicating a significant relationship between managerial performance and effectiveness in educational management among teachers at IEPS 61004 Juan Pablo II in Iquitos – 2025.
