Implementación del expediente judicial electrónico y su influencia en la calidad de servicio de la corte superior de justicia de Loreto, Iquitos – 2024

Abstract

Esta investigación evaluó la calidad del servicio del Expediente Judicial Electrónico (EJE) en la Corte Superior de Justicia de Loreto durante 2024. Es por ello que, se planteó el siguiente problema: ¿Cómo beneficia la implementación del expediente judicial electrónico en la eficiencia y eficacia de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Loreto en 2024? Se tuvo como Objetivo principal: Determinar cómo beneficia la implementación del expediente judicial electrónico en la eficiencia y eficacia de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Loreto en 2024. La investigación se realizó analizando su impacto en la eficiencia y eficacia para usuarios y abogados mediante un enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental y descriptivo que incluyó encuestas a 55 abogados colegiados, cuyos datos fueron procesados con la prueba Chi-cuadrado, revelando que, aunque el sistema se implementó, aún no opera plenamente debido a problemas como la mala conectividad a internet y frecuentes suspensiones por fallas técnicas o mantenimiento, lo que genera retrasos y limita su efectividad, por lo que el estudio propone recomendaciones para mejorar la infraestructura tecnológica y garantizar la estabilidad del servicio, con el fin de optimizar los procesos judiciales y aprovechar el potencial de esta herramienta digital.This study evaluated the quality of the Electronic Court File (Expediente Judicial Electrónico - EJE) service at the Superior Court of Justice of Loreto during 2024. The research addressed the following problem: How does the implementation of the electronic court file system benefit the efficiency and effectiveness of the Superior Court of Justice of Loreto in 2024? The main objective was to determine how the implementation of the electronic court file system enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of the Superior Court of Justice of Loreto in 2024. The research analyzed its impact on efficiency and effectiveness for users and lawyers using a quantitative, non-experimental, and descriptive approach, including surveys of 55 registered lawyers. The data were processed using the Chi-square test, revealing that although the system was implemented, it does not yet operate at full capacity due to issues such as poor internet connectivity and frequent service suspensions caused by technical failures or maintenance. These problems lead to delays and limit the system's effectiveness. Consequently, the study proposes recommendations to improve technological infrastructure and ensure service stability, aiming to optimize judicial processes and maximize the potential of this digital tool.
