Intervención educativa del conocimiento de prácticas y lactancia materna en adolescentes embarazadas del hospital regional de Loreto mayo-octubre 2022

Abstract
El objetivo de este estudio es encontrar la mejor intervención educativa
para mejorar los conocimientos y conductas de lactancia materna de las
adolescentes embarazadas en el Hospital Regional de Loreto. El estudio
tiene un diseño simple, cualitativo, no experimental y de carácter
descriptivo. Había 168 pacientes en la muestra, de distintas edades. Los
datos se recopilaron utilizando el enfoque observacional y herramientas
como las pruebas previas y posteriores. Los factores fueron la edad, el
empleo, el nivel educativo y el desempeño. Para el procesamiento de los
datos recolectados se utilizaron las aplicaciones SPSS, EXCELL y
estadística descriptiva. El proceso arrojó los siguientes resultados: en
cuanto a la edad, el 35% (58) tiene 16 años y el 14% (23) tiene 14 años; En
cuanto a la ocupación, el 64% (108) son estudiantes, y el 36% (60) son
amas de casa; En cuanto a educación, el 42% (72) ha completado la
escuela secundaria, o el cuarto grado; y en cuanto al rendimiento, el
promedio de las adolescentes embarazadas mejoró significativamente
después del entrenamiento. Se determinó que el enfoque de instrucción
utilizado contribuyó a que las mamás y las mujeres embarazadas
comprendieran mejor las dificultades relacionadas con la lactancia
materna.
The objective of this study is to find the best educational intervention to improve the knowledge and behaviors about breastfeeding of pregnant adolescents at the Loreto Regional Hospital. The study has a simple, qualitative, non-experimental and descriptive design. The sample was made up of 168 patients, of different ages. Data was collected using the observational approach and tools such as pre- and post-tests. The factors were age, employment, educational level and performance. SPSS, EXCELL and descriptive statistics applications were used to process the collected data. The process yielded the following results: regarding age, 35% (58) are 16 years old and 14% (23) are 14 years old; Regarding occupation, 64% (108) are students, and 36% (60) are housewives; Regarding education, 42% (72) have completed secondary school, or the fourth grade; and in terms of performance, the average of pregnant teenagers improved significantly after training. It was determined that the instructional approach used helped mothers and pregnant women to better understand the difficulties related to breastfeeding.
