Eco parque del lago moronacocha en la ciudad de Iquitos 2025

Abstract

El proyecto de tesis tiene como objetivo recuperar el borde lacustre de Morona Cocha concordarte con el P.D.U.S. 2011 - 2021 de Iquitos (2010) y proponer una respuesta a la falta de espacios recreativos verdes, ya que la ciudad tiene déficit en este tipo de espacios que permita a la población conocer la naturaleza del lugar de carácter recreativo, cultural, social y ecológico que cumplan con todas las condiciones para una mejor calidad de vida al usuario y satisfacer sus necesidades psicológicas para un desarrollo físico y mental superior de las personas. Logrando así la propuesta urbano- arquitectónica sostenible del eco parque, creando condiciones apropiadas para el uso de la población e integrándose con el entorno natural. El área a intervenir es la ribera del lago de Morona Cocha, delimitada entre la Av. Mariscal Cáceres y la calle María Parado de Bellido, constituyéndose en un espacio de articulación entre el lago y la ciudad, aprovechando además su potencial paisajístico natural. El proyecto dará a conocer muchos aspectos importantes gracias a la investigación a realizar, de esa manera promover no solo lo explícito y lo hipotético, sino también ser real, con una infraestructura adecuada a partir del uso de herramientas y estrategias proyectuales para estos espacios, con el fin de consolidar la relación entre la ciudad y el lago, así mismo identificar los puntos críticos para poder potencializarlo.

This thesis project, has the objective of reclaiming the lakeshore of Morona Cocha in line with the P.D.U.S. 2011 - 2021 (2010) of Iquitos and to propose an answer to the lack of green recreational spaces, given that the city has a deficit in such spaces that allows the population to be in contact with the nature environment in recreational, cultural, social and ecological terms that fulfill with all the conditions for a better quality of life for the user and to satisfy their psychological needs for a higher level of physical and mental development. Which results in the development of the architectural and landscape proposal for the ecological park with a sustainable approach that creates appropriate conditions for the entire population, promotes harmony and integration with the natural environment. The intervention area is located along the lakeside of Moronacocha lake , delimited between Mariscal Caceres Avenue and Maria Parado de Bellido Street, serving as a connecting space between the lake and the city, while also taking advantage of its natural landscape potential. The project will reveal many important aspects thanks to the research to be conducted, thereby promoting not only the explicit and the hypothetical, but also making it a reality, with a appropriate infrastructure based on the use of tools and planning strategies for these spaces, in order to create a relationship between living organism and physical environment, while also identifying critical points to enhance their potential.
