Abstract

Now in the construction industry there are very challenging projects, in which the requirements are increasingly greater, which is wherefore it is essential to use concrete (cement - sand) with greater workability for many hours in order to be able to carriage, place and compact the concrete correctly and obtain optimal results in its hardened state. Consequently, the objective of the investigate is to evaluate the design of medium to low strength concrete (cement-sand) using polyfunctional admixture, Iquitos - 2024. As a general problem, how does the use of polyfunctional admixture influence the performance of medium to low strength concrete (cement-sand) - sand in Iquitos 2024? Initially, tests were approved out to determine the physical possessions of the totals. Then, concrete mix projects were prepared using different water/cement ratios: 0.60, 0.65, 0.70 and 0.75. Lastly, examinations were approved out in both the new and tough states. The data collected corresponded to a period of 28 days for both the normal design and the experimental design (with additive). Regarding the confirmation of the theory raised, the consequences indicate that the practice of the multifunctional additive meaningfully improved the workability of the concrete in its fresh state, increasing the settlement from 5 1/2 to 7 inches with admiration to the standard design. In its tough state, an increase in the compressive asset at 28 days was observed from 302, 272, 245 and 183 kg/cm2 (sample without additive) to 343, 303, 274 and 219 kg/cm2 (with 0.75% additive) with respect to the w/c ratios 0.60, 0.65, 0.70 and 0.75.
