Abstract
La investigación tuvo como el objetivo determinar la relación entre la gestión de inventarios y la rotación de existencias en la unidad de control patrimonial del Hospital Iquitos, Cesar Garayar García periodo 2022 - 2023. La investigación, se clasifico como descriptivo, transversal y diseño no experimental, con el propósito de examinar detalladamente el comportamiento de las variables estudiadas. La población objeto del estudio estuvo conformada por personal administrativo del Hospital Iquitos, total de 750 trabajadores entre nombrados y contratados, y la muestra se determinó por calculo probalistico siendo de 104 elementos muestrales, a quienes aplico encuesta. Los resultados determinaron que, 71.2%; considero esencial seguir procedimientos específicos y estar actualizados con la normativa relevante (49%), 37.5% cree importante recibir capacitaciones técnicas y regulaciones vigentes, 46.2%; destaco la necesidad de aplicar normas técnicas y legales en los informes del área. 57.7%; subraya la importancia de contar con manuales de valuación de bienes, 52.9% opina que deben estar actualizados según el SIGA. La capacitación es vista como necesaria por el 47.1%, 60.6%; que enfatiza la necesidad de formación en valoración de bienes, 62.5%; siente que debe haber evidencia de la capacitación del personal, y un 53.8% considera importante tener catálogos e instrumentos de clasificación de bienes. 73.1%; sostiene que los inventarios deben clasificarse rigurosamente, 52.9%; opino que los informes de patrimonio deben presentar una clasificación adecuada de bienes tangibles e intangibles.
The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between inventory management and stock turnover in the asset control unit of the Iquitos Hospital, Cesar Garayar García period 2022 - 2023. The research was classified as descriptive, cross-sectional and non-experimental design, with the purpose of examining in detail the behavior of the variables studied. The population object of the study was made up of administrative staff of the Iquitos Hospital, a total of 750 workers between appointed and contracted, and the sample was determined by probabilistic calculation being 104 sample elements, to whom a survey was applied. The results determined that, 71.2%; consider it essential to follow specific procedures and be up to date with the relevant regulations (49%), 37.5% believe it is important to receive technical training and current regulations, 46.2%; highlighted the need to apply technical and legal standards in the area reports. 57.7%; The importance of having asset valuation manuals is highlighted, 52.9% believe that they should be updated according to SIGA. Training is seen as necessary by 47.1%, 60.6%; who emphasize the need for training in asset valuation, 62.5%; feel that there should be evidence of staff training, and 53.8% consider it important to have catalogs and instruments for classifying assets. 73.1%; maintain that inventories should be classified rigorously, 52.9%; believe that asset reports should present an adequate classification of tangible and intangible assets.
