Abstract
La presente investigación cuyo título es clima laboral en
docentes de una institución educativa de la ciudad de Iquitos 2022, se
desarrolló en la I.E.P. Meneleo Meza López, ubicado en la ciudad de
Iquitos, en la Región Loreto, Perú; cuyo propósito es determinar cómo
se encuentra el clima laboral en docentes del I.E.P.P Meneleo Meza
López-Iquitos. Año 2022. La Investigación no experimental de tipo
descriptivo transversal. se acopió la información en el mismo lugar y en
un momento determinado. La población está conformada por catorce
(14) docentes de la institución pública Menelao Meza López. La técnica
es psicométrica y el instrumento utilizado es el Escala de Clima Laboral
CL-SPC. Obteniéndose los siguientes resultados: en el factor
realización personal de los encuestados, indican que del total de
docentes evaluados obtiene el 35,7% es muy desfavorable, un 28,6%
desfavorable, un 21,4% fue media, un 7,1% fue favorable y un 7,1% fue
muy favorable; en relación al factor involucramiento laboral los
resultados indican que el 21,4% fue muy desfavorable, un 28,6% fue
desfavorable, un 35,7% fue media, un 14,3% fue favorable y un 0% fue
muy favorable; sobre el factor supervisión el 28,6% fue muy
desfavorable, un 21,4% fue desfavorable, un 21,4% fue media, un
14,3%fue favorable y un 14,3% fue muy favorable; y con el factor
comunicación el 35,7% fue muy desfavorable, un 28,6% fue
desfavorable, un 14,3%fue media, un 14,3% fue favorable y un 7,1%
fue muy favorable; y finalmente sobre el factor condiciones laborales
el 28,6% fue muy desfavorable, un 21,4% fue desfavorable, un 21,4%
fue media, un 14,3% fue favorable y un 14,3% fue muy favorable.

This research, titled "Work environment in teachers of an educational institution in the city of Iquitos 2022," was developed at the I.E.P.
