Abstract
El objetivo de la investigación fue Identificar las necesidades de viviendas familiares y las oportunidades de inversión en ellas. La metodología fue de diseño descriptivo, con una población formada por los habitantes de la ciudad y una muestra de 384 viviendas. Los resultados señalan preferencia por localización de la vivienda a adquirir, 46.81% prefieren vivir en un área semi urbana; el 40.78% prefiere vivir en el centro de la ciudad explicando estar más cerca de su centro de trabajo y tener acceso a todos los servicios públicos. Referente a la preferencia por el tamaño de lote para su vivienda, 40.78% tienen preferencias por viviendas de 100 a 120 metros cuadrados, debido a que el costo para la construcción será menos, pero con posibilidades de construir un segundo piso más adelante.
The objective of the research was to identify the needs of family homes and investment opportunities in them. The methodology was descriptive in design, with a population formed by the inhabitants of the city and a sample of 384 homes. The results indicate preference for the location of the house to be acquired, 46.81% prefer to live in a semi-urban area; 40.78% prefer to live in the city center explaining being closer to their workplace and having access to all public services.
