Abstract
En esta investigación se tiene como objetivo la determinación del Índice de Rugosidad Internacional (IRI) de carpeta asfáltica en la carretera Iquitos-Nauta, en el tramo ubicado entre el km 0+000 y el km 3+200, ubicado en Maynas, Loreto, en el año 2023.
Se usó el equipo MERLÍN , efectuando 8 unidades de muestreo distribuidas a lo largo de los 3.2 km evaluados, en los carriles derecho e izquierdo.
El resultado indica que en el carril derecho se alcanzó un IRI promedio de 2.4, clasificado como “Regular”, mientras que en el carril izquierdo se obtuvo un IRI promedio de 2.38, igualmente clasificado como “Regular”.
En conjunto, el análisis de toda el área evaluada arrojó un IRI promedio de 2.39, lo que permite concluir que la condición del pavimento presenta una severidad calificada como “Regular”.
The objective of this research is to determine the International Roughness Index (IRI) of the pavement surface on the Iquitos-Nauta highway, in the section between km 0+000 and km 3+200, located in Maynas, Loreto, in the year 2023. The MERLÍN equipment was used, carrying out 8 sampling units distributed along the 3.2 km evaluated, both in the right and left lanes. The result indicates that in the right lane an average IRI of 2.4 was reached, classified as “Regular”, while in the left lane an average IRI of 2.38 was obtained, also classified as “Regular”. Altogether, the analysis of the entire evaluated area showed an average IRI of 2.39, which allows us to conclude that the condition of the pavement presents a severity classified as “Regular”.
