Abstract
The objective of the research was to describe how the efficiency of spending between the GRL and the MPM is of quality period 2023. The research was descriptive and focused on the analysis of phenomena without intervening or manipulating those to which the observation was applied and was carried out in a non-experimental way. The population object of the study was described by the total statistical information of the analyzed variable. It was determined that, throughout the country, the evolution in spending by regional governments has had a decrease of 96.33 percent in Loreto spending, the PIAs continue to differ from the PIMs. However, some regions have corrected the difference, especially Loreto Nauta, which reported 98.59 percent oriented to the construction of new schools, being surpassed by health and education which exceeded 99 percent in efficiency. However, many other management units, including the public infrastructure agency, had inefficiencies that fell below that 90 percent range, which is evidence of management problems. At the provincial level, Alto Amazonas and Maynas were the ones that stood out, while Datem del Marañón was left with 53.31%. The differences that existed during the budget approval stages indicated that it is necessary to plan for efficiency and the allocation of resources in other provinces where the allocated budget is relatively low.
