Abstract
El objetivo fue analizar el impacto del covid-19 en el sector hotelero, el tipo de investigación fue descriptivo y con enfoque cuantitativo, y no experimental y de tipo transversal. La población estuvo conformada por 60 hoteles categorizados teniendo como fuente oficial la GERCETUR año 2024, tamaño muestral por 12 establecimientos categorizados a quienes se les aplicó una encuesta y cuestionario. Los resultados muestran que el sector hotelero se ha visto afectado por la pandemia del covid-19, muchos de ellos tuvieron que adaptarse al cambio, enfrentar la crisis y buscar estrategias teniendo como aliado estratégico al marketing digital y enfocar al público objetivo para poder incrementar sus ingresos y esto les permita subsistir como empresa,
Los resultados muestran los cambios producidos por el impacto del covid-19 en el sector hotelero y las estrategias implementadas por el sector hotelero siendo el marketing digital una herramienta clave para llegar a su público objetivo enfocada a servicios que brindan las empresas.

The results show that the hotel sector has been affected by the covid-19 pandemic, many of them had to adapt to the change, face the crisis and look for strategies with digital marketing as a strategic ally and focus on the target audience in order to increase their income and this allows them to survive as a company, The results show the changes produced by the impact of covid-19 in the hotel sector and the strategies implemented by the hotel sector, with digital marketing being a key tool to reach its target audience focused on services provided by companies.
