Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo: “Identificar el nivel de Acción Tutorial en docentes de la Institución Educativa N° 601690, Comunidad San Mateo Distrito de Yaquerana – Requena 2023”.El estudio se realizó bajo un tipo descriptivo, empleando un diseño no experimental con alcance transversal.La población del estudio se compuso por 20 docentes de primaria que trabajan en la I.E. Nro 601690, ubicada en la Comunidad San Mateo del Distrito de Yaquerana – Requena, en el año 2023. Utilizando un diseño muestral adecuado para poblaciones menores de 1500 habitantes, la muestra estuvo constó de 20 individuos, representando el 100% de la población total; en específico, fueron los 20 docentes de primaria de la institución antes mencionada. La selección de esta muestra se realizó mediante un enfoque no aleatoria intencionada.En la investigación la técnica empleada a fin de recabar datos fue la encuesta, empleando un cuestionario como instrumento de recojo de datos. Dando como resultado que el nivel de “Acción Tutorial” entre los profesores de la I.E. Nro. 601690, de Comunidad San Mateo del Distrito de Yaquerana, Requena, en el año 2023, es regular.
The objective of this research was to identify the level of tutoring among teachers at Educational Institution No. 601690, San Mateo Community, Yaquerana District, Requena, 2023. The study was conducted using a descriptive approach, employing a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The study population consisted of 20 elementary school teachers working at Educational Institution No. 601690, located in the San Mateo Community, Yaquerana District, Requena, in 2023. Using a sample design appropriate for populations under 1,500 inhabitants, the sample consisted of 20 individuals, representing 100% of the total population; specifically, the 20 elementary school teachers at the aforementioned institution. This sample was selected using an intentional, non-random approach. The research technique used to collect data was a survey, employing a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The results showed that the level of "Tutorial Action" among teachers at I.E. No. 601690, in the San Mateo Community of the Yaquerana District, Requena, in 2023, was average.
